Memorial Day Weekend
Bible Study on the banks of the Buffalo River
Here are a few pictures from the our Bible study weekend. The kids all had a fabulous time (we had to make them the central focus of the weekend because there were so many of them), and learned some more about God's wonderful creation!
Brother Kyle Tucker came out to Arkansas with his "Judaizers" class, and had some super presentations.
There were only 2 bathrooms amongst the 51 or so of us...yet there were no incidents or accidents of which I am aware. Just goes to show you what a "tight-knit" group we are! This extenuating circumstance did inspire us to make some "I survived" T-shirts, though...

Re: Memorial Day Weekend
It truly was a wonderful weekend! I think that Sisters Missy Hill and Mandie Smith did a wonderful job of coordinating the weekend. Brother Kyle's classes were very interesting and eye opening. As a result of the weekend my husband Joey was baptised on Sunday, 6/5 by Brother Mike Hill. I myself am still on a "spiritual high".
Thank you, Good Hope Ecclesia for such a wonderful weekend!!!!

Re: Memorial Day Weekend
Congratulations Joey Duvall on your baptism! I had a wonderful weekend of fellowship - the classes were exceptional, the discussions were meaningful, the fellowship was great, and the kids were happy! Thanks everyone for all of your hard work - especially Missy and Mandie!
Love you all!

Re: Memorial Day Weekend
I am still in awe over how helpful and positive EVERYONE was at our wonderful weekend gathering. Although the setting was beautiful, I know the accommodations were not quite ideal for 50+ people! Still, I heard no complaining (well - okay so Brother Gary was a little grumpy due to lack of sleep after having to retrieve Brother Kyle from the airport in the middle of the night!) We appreciate you, Brother Gary! I just want to tell everyone who attended how much I appreciate their cheerful, positive attitudes, which helped to create such a spiritually uplifting weekend. Had anyone come looking for a reason to murmur or complain, they could have found it - but that was not reflected in the atmoshphere of the weekend, and for that, every person in attendace deserves some credit for it's success. Thanks to all of the kids teachers and to everyone who helped with meal preparation and clean up and with the continuous shuffling of chairs and furniture. I look forward to the next event.
Love to you all
